Reflexology

What is Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that can promote deep relaxation and well-being by reducing stress and rebalancing the body. Reflexology is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points in the feet relate to different areas in the body and a reflexologist will work these points and areas.

What is Fertility Reflexology

Fertility reflexology is a reflexology treatment to work with the endocrine (hormonal) system and menstrual cycle, promotes balance of the body systems and encourages the body's systems to function efficiently.

Reflexology treatments can treat at any stage of the conception journey, from pre-conception and alongside assisted conception.

What is Reflexology for Menopause

Reflexology is a wonderful therapy for aiding our journey through menopause and perimenopause. Menopause and perimenopause have many symptoms including hot flushes, night sweats, headaches, mood changes, anxiety, weight gain, sleep disturbances and so many more. Following the Sally Earlam Reflexology for Menopause method, Reflexology works to bring balance to the peripheral nervous system and help alleviate some of the menopause and perimenopause symptoms.

What is Aromareflex

Aromareflex combines reflexology with essential oils. Aromareflex uses a carefully selected range of oils, chosen and blended just for you and used whilst receiving a full reflexology treatment. It is an extremely relaxing experience combining all the benefits of a traditional reflexology treatment with the wonderful benefits of essential oils.

Your skin will absorb the blended oils encouraging a sense of well-being and harmony.

What is Hot Stones Reflexology

Adding smooth basalt hot stones to a traditional reflexology treatment will bring warmth and a deep sense of relaxation. The hot stones will be used to massage the lower leg and feet alongside receiving a traditional reflexology treatment.

Aromareflex can also be added to a hot stones treatment.

What is VRT (Vertical Reflexology)

A VRT trained reflexologist will work on your weight-bearing feet and hands for a few minutes before a reflexology treatment to accelerate the healing processes.
